MY SERVICES

I provide education and inspiration that reaches QTBIPOC and allies where they're at - higher education, organizations, and companies.

Mental health issues affect everyone, but the QTBIPOC community faces additional obstacles like stigma and a lack of access to resources created with them in mind.

 01. Keynotes & Panels

Stigma prevents communities from addressing mental health issues which is detrimental to their health and well-being. I do speaking engagements to share my personal story, actionable lessons, and enable honest conversation.

Who This Is For
Groups that want to address stigma and create spaces for open discussions about mental health.

Sample Topics

  • The Color of My Mind: Perspectives from a Queer Latina Feminist Mental Health Activist

  • The Intersectionality of Mental Health

 02. Workshops

Being a QTBIPOC student in a predominantly white institution can be isolating and disempowering. I lead workshops for universities on strategies for QTBIPOC students to advocate for themselves.

Who This Is For
Institutions that are concerned about the well-being of their students.

Sample Topics

  • How to be Allies to Students from Underrepresented Populations

  • Thriving as a College Student of Color

 03. Corporate Training

An important issue that is not talked about enough is mental health in the workplace. Employees worry about disclosing their conditions for fear of being judged and seen as incapable. I work with employees to advocate for their mental wellness so they can thrive professionally and personally.

Who This Is For
Companies that value diversity, equity & inclusion and prioritize mental health in the workplace.
